This tutorial was written by me at August 26 2014. 
Supplies:
A tube by Ismael Rac: I could not find the exact same in the store, but here are his halloween tubes.
Scrapkit By AmyMarie: Halloweenspook
Template 362 by Millie: HERE





Open your template.
Delete the credits layer.

Select layer 11, select all, float, defloat, invert, paste paper 11(resize 75%), hit delete, paste your closeup tube, hit delete, delete original layer.
Set the tube layermode to myltiply.

Repeat on: (without resizing and the tube)
Layer 1, 4 & 5 with paper 13.
Layer 2 with paper 5.
Layer 6 with paper 6.
Layer 3 with paper 8.
Layer 7 & 8 with paper 2.

Merge layer 12, 13 & 14. And give the wordart a white outerglow.

Crop the entire tag and change canvas to 700x700.

Paste your tube on the right side of the tag, below the wordart layer.

Paste element 21 below your tube layer, leave it centered in the tag.

Paste element 60, on top of the previous, position in the top of your tag.

Paste element 59, on top of the previous, leave it centered.

Paste element 37, on top of the previous, position it a little down and as far to the left as possible.

Paste element 16, on top of the previous, resize 50%, place to the left of the skull of the previous element.

Paste element 41, on top of the previous, resize 50%, place on the leftside of the large rectangle.

Paste element 15 in the background of your tag, ABOVE the square in the right corner, position it in the right upper corner.

Position the wordart in the middle left of the tag.

Give all elements a dropshadow of 1-1-40-5.

Add your name, copyright and you're done!
