Open your template.
Delete the copyright layer and change the canvas to 600x600.

Select the purple rectangles.
Select all, float, defloat, invert.
Paste paper 19, hit delete, deselect and delete the original layer.

Repeat on the green rectangles with paper 14.
Repeat on the yellow circle with paper 10.
Repeat on the light pink rectangles with paper 17.

Select the purple papered rectangles.
Select all, float, defloat, invert.
Paste your (close up) tube in both rectangles.
Hit delete and deselect.
Merge both tube layers together.
Duplicate them.
Set the layermode of the lowest tube layer to Hardlight and the tube layer above to Screen.

Select the yellow circle.
Select all, float, defloat, invert.
Paste your (close up) tube, hit delete and deselect.
Duplicate the layer.
Set the layermode of the lowest tube layer to Hardlight and the tube layer above to Screen.

Copy paste element 55.
Position it in the bottom left corner of your tag.
Duplicate, mirror & flip.
Merge them together, duplicate and mirror again. Move the layer to the background/arrange to the bottom.

On top of these leaves paste element 31.
Position in the upper right corner. Duplicate, mirror and flip.

Copy paste element 21.
Leave it centered in the middle of your tag but move the layer below the yellow circle.

Copy paste element 62 on top of the previous element.
Erase the white stems coming out the bottom of the circle.
Leave it centered in the middle.

Copy paste element 58 on top of the previous element.
Leave it centered in the middle.

Copy paste element 57 on top of the previous element.
Leave it centered in the middle.

Copy and paste element 60 as top layer into your tag.
Mirror it and position in the middle of the right purple rectangle.

Copy paste element 59 into your tag.
Position it a little to the left.

Copy paste element 37.
Position on the left side of the yellow circle.

Copy and paste element 61.
Position to the bottom edge of the template.

Copy paste element 65.
Resize 35%. Position in the upper left corner of your tag.
Duplicate, mirror and position on the right side of your tag.

Add your tube to the right side of the yellow circle.

Give all elements a dropshadow of 1-1-40-5.

Add your name and you're done!
And don't forget to add the correct copyright for the tube you used.
