This tutorial was written by me at August 10 2014. 

Supplies:

Open your template and delete the credits layer.

Select layer 5, select all, float, defloat, invert, paste paper 7, hit delete, delete the original layer.
Repeat on:
Layer 1 & 10 with paper 15.
Layer 2 with paper 23.
Layer 3 with paper 20.
Layer 4 with paper 11.
Layer 6 with paper 22. (resize the paper to 450x450 before pasting)
Layer 7, 8 & 9 with paper 17.
To layer 11, add a Gaussian noise (monochrome) of 100.

Crop your entire tag, then change the canvas to 700x700.

Paste your tube as top layer.

Select the red circle, select all float, defloat, invert, paste your closeup tube, hit delete.
Duplicate the tube layer.
Set the layermode of the lowest closeup to Multiply.
Set the layermode of the top closeup to screen and the opacity to 25%.


Copy paste element 19 below your main tube layer, sharpen 6x.
Copy paste element 82 on top of the previous, position at the top of your tag, duplicate, flip and mirror.
Copy paste element 80 on top of the previous.
Copy paste element 84, position at the bottom of your tube on top of the previous layer.
Copy paste element 70, mirror and resize 75%, position in the left corner below the red circle.
Copy paste element 47, resize 50% and position next to your tube.
Copy paste element 73, rotate 30 degrees right, resize 50% and add on the right side on the red lines.
Copy paste element 88 the top layer into your tag, mirror, resize 50%, rotate 30 degrees left, position on the white border from the red circle. Sharpen it twice.
Use element 60, 61 & 64 to decorate the background of your tag.
Copy paste element 74, leave it centered.to the background and position as you like.

Give all elements a dropshadow of 1-1-40-5.

You can now add your name & copyright! And you're done!
