Open a new 700x700 canvas.
Paste element 77. Use your ellipse tool to draw a filled circle about the same size as the inner circle of the frame.
Convert to raster layer, select, select all, float, defloat, paste paper 2, hit delete.
Paste your tube, hit delete, deselect, move the frame layer to the top.
Crop the entire canvas!!!
Duplicate the paper layer, give the lowest paper layer a gaussian blur of 5.
Duplicate that blurred paper twice more so you have 3 blurred papers.
Duplicate the tube layer.
Change the layermode of the lowest tube to Multiply and of the top tube to screen.
Paste element 69 in the middle left of the frame, resize 50%, duplicate and mirror.
Add a small version of your tube on the left side of the frame.
Paste element 34 as far to the bottom right, duplicate and mirror.
Paste element 17 in the left bottom corner, duplicate and mirror.
Paste element 30 in the bottom middle.
Paste element 10 in the bottom middle, resize 65%.
Paste element 31, resize 40%, position in the bottom left corner.
Paste element 83 in the background of your tag, position in the very right bottom, ducplicate, mirror and flip.
Paste element 73 on top of the previous.
Give all elements a dropshadow of 1-1-50-5.
Add your name AND your copyright to finish your tag.

Paste element 17 in the left bottom corner, duplicate and mirror.
Paste element 30 in the bottom middle.
Paste element 10 in the bottom middle, resize 65%.
Paste element 31, resize 40%, position in the bottom left corner.
Paste element 83 in the background of your tag, position in the very right bottom, ducplicate, mirror and flip.
Paste element 73 on top of the previous.
Give all elements a dropshadow of 1-1-50-5.
Add your name AND your copyright to finish your tag.
