This tutorial was written by me at September 8 2014.
Supplies:
A tube by VeryMany: Margaret
Scrapkit By Miz Teeque & Melissaz Creationz: Here
Mask by Weescotslass: 291

 Create a new canvas 700x700.

We start with the kit from Melissaz Creationz.

Open paper 10, resize to 700x700.
Paste this paper into your canvas.
Add your mask 291.

Paste element 6, resize 65%.
Use your magic wand to select the inside of the frame.
Expand the selection with 8px.
Invert the selection, paste the resized paper 10, hit delete.
Paste your tube, hit delete, deselect all, move the frame layer to the top.

Duplicate the tube layer.
Set the layermode of the lower tube layer to Luminance(L) and the top tube layer to Screen.

Paste element 8 in the background, resize 58%.

Paste element 9 in the background, move it to the bottom right corner.

Open element 29, mirror it.
Paste it as a top layer into your tag. Keep it centered.

Paste element 21, resize 75%, place it on the left side of the frame.

From this point we use the kit from Miz Teeque.

Paste element 24 behind your frame layer(and the tube+paper layers).
Resize it 65%. Position in the middle of the circle.

Paste element 4 below the layers with the butterflies.
Mirror it and position in the bottom right of your tag.

You might want to adjust the position of your mask now, to make it more centered in your tag.

Paste your main tube on the right side of the tag.

Add a dropshadow to the butterflies, the green round frame and your tube. I used 1-1-50-5.

Now you can add your name AND your copyright to finish your tag.
