Wordart below, rightclick to save.
Create a new 700x700 canvas.
Paste element 78. Keep it centered.
Use your magic wand to select the 4 squares in the window.
Expand the selection by 5px.
Invert the selection.
Open paper 26, resize 50%.
Paste the paper into your tag and hit delete, paste your tube and hit delete, deselect all and move the window layer to the top.
Duplicate the tube layer, change the layermode of the top tube to lighten and of the bottom tube to screen.
Crop the entire tag to delete any pieces of tube outside the canvas.
Paste element 150 in the background of your tag, in the bottom left corner, duplicate, mirror and flip. Reposition a little if needed.
Paste element 149 in the background of your tag, in the bottom left corner, duplicate, mirror and flip. Reposition a little if needed.
Paste elemennt 104 in the background of your tag, move it down a little.
Paste element 172, resize 50%, mirror, position in the very left bottom corner of the frame.
Paste element 91, position in the bottom left corner of the 4 windows.
Paste element 1, resize 50%, position in the bottom left corner of the 4 windows.
Paste element 3, resize 50%, mirror, position in the very left bottom corner of the frame.
Paste element 166, position in the bottom right corner of the 4 windows.
Paste element 82, resize 75%, position in the bottom right corner of the 4 windows.
Paste element 133, rezise 50%, positoin in the far top left corner of the frame.
Paste your tube into your tag.
Paste your wordart.
Give all elements a dropshadow of 1-1-50-5.
Add your name AND your copyright to finish your tag.
Paste element 78. Keep it centered.

Paste element 3, resize 50%, mirror, position in the very left bottom corner of the frame.
Paste element 166, position in the bottom right corner of the 4 windows.
Paste element 82, resize 75%, position in the bottom right corner of the 4 windows.

Paste your tube into your tag.
Paste your wordart.
