This tutorial was written by me at September 12 2014.
Supplies:
Mask #126: WeeScotLassCreations
Scrapkit By AmyMarie: Halloween
Tube by Lia: (Right click to save)
Create a new canvas 700x700.
Paste element 49. Keep it centered in your canvas.
Use your magic wand to select all insides, expand the selection with 5px.
Paste paper 17, hit delete, paste your tubes in the rectangles.
Deselect, move the frame layer to the top.
Merge the tube layers together, set the layermode of the top tube layer to Screen and the bottom one to Soft light.
Give the frame a dropshadow of 0-0-50-10.
Hide the background and merge all visible layers.
Resize the merged layer 80%.
Paste element 43 in the background of your tag. Position it the heart in the middle behind your frame.
Paste element 24 in the top middle of the frame.
Paste element 23, resize 65%, place in the middle of your frame.
Paste element 10, resize 50%, position in the bottom middle of the frame.
Paste element 28, BELOW the layer of the previous, resize 50%, position in to the left of the couldron,
Paste element 9 as a top layer in your tag, resize 50% position in the bottom left corner of the frame.
Paste element 30 BELOW the layers of the previous elements. Resize 75%, position in the left corner of the frame.
Paste element 41 on top of the broom layer, resize 50%. Position the pumpkin head in between the flask and the cupcake.
Paste your tube as a top layer on the right side of your tag.
Paste element 29, resize 50%, position on the right of the couldron.
Paste element 34, resize 50%, position in the upper left corner of the frame.
Open paper 20, resize to 700x700.
Paste the paper in the very background of your tag. Crop your tag at this moment (if needed).
Add your mask and merge the group.
Give all elements a drowshadow of 1-1-50-5.
Add your name AND your copyright to finish your tag.
