Scrapkit by Michelle's Myths: Irish Eyes

Tube by Alex Prihodko: Patricia

Create a new 700x700 canvas.

Copy paste Frame 4.
Resize 85%. Keep it centered in your canvas.

Use your magic want to select the inside of the frame, expand with 3px.
Invert the selection, paste paper 4 and hit delete.
Paste your closeup tube and hit delete.
Duplicate your tube, give the bottom tube layer a gaussian blur of 5.
Hit delete and deselect.
Move the frame layer to the top.
Change the layermode from the non blurred tube layer to overlay.
And the opacity of both to 80.

Copy paste frame 5.
Resize 85%. Move to the background.

Copy paste element 16.
Resize 75%. Move to the background.

Copy paste element 35.
Resize 65%. Move to the left side of your frame. Set opacity to 60.

Copy paste element 28.
Resize 35%. Move the cupcake at the end of the rainbow.

Copy paste element 25.
Move the the left side of your frame.
Select, select all, expand with 2px, new layer, floodfill with white, move below element and merge together.

Copy paste element 38.
Move to the right side of your frame.

Copy paste element 2.
Rotate 25 degrees right. Resize 25% Move a little above the word "Irish" in the sign.

Add your tube, I resized mine 35%.

Add a dropshadow of 1-1-40-5 to all elements.

Add your name, copyright and you're done!
