Supplies:

A tube by Verymany: Felicity




Create a new canvas 700x700.

Copy paste element 79.
Resize 75%. Leave it centered in your canvas.

Use your magic wand to select the inside of the frame.

Expand the selection with 5 pixels. Invert the selection.

Open paper 33.  
Resize 50%. Copy paste into your tag, position inside the frame and hit delete.
Copy paste your close up tube and hit delete.
Move the frame layer to the top.
Change the layer mode of the tube to hard light and change the opacity to 60%.

Copy paste element 148.
Resize 75%. Position on the right side of your frame.

Copy paste element 141.
Position on the right side of your frame.

Copy paste element 9.

Position in the right upper corner of your frame.

Copy paste element 119.
Resize 75%. Position on the left side of your frame.

Copy paste element 4.
Position on the left side of your frame. Erase half of the flowers stem.

Copy paste element 94.
Position on the left side of your frame.

Copy paste element 3.
Resize 65%. Mirror. Position on the left side of your frame.

Copy paste element 108.
Resize 45%. Position on the left side of your frame.

Copy paste element 24.
Resize 35%. Position on the bottom of the flower stems on the left.

Copy paste element 66.
Resize 45%. Position in the bottom right corner of your frame.

Copy paste your tube.
I resized mine 35%. Position it on the left half of your frame. See preview.

Copy paste element 144.
Position at the bottom of your tag as top layer.

Copy paste element 129.

Move the flowers a little up.
Move layer to the background in your layerpalette.

Give all elements a dropshadow of 1-1-40-5.

Crop your tag and add your name.

Add your copyright!! And you're done!
