Supplies:

I used a very lovely scrapkit by AmyMarie's Kit's: Chic Named Diva

My template: HERE

A tube by Alex Prihodko: Black Rose 2

Open your template.

Shift+D and close the original.

Delete the copyright layer.

Open paper 26. 

Resize to 300x300.
Select layer 12.
Select, select all, float, defloat, invert, paste your resized paper, hit delete, delete the original.

Open paper 28.

Resize to 300x300.
Select layer 11.
Select, select all, float, defloat, invert, paste your resized paper, hit delete, delete the original.

Select layer 9.
Select, select all, float, defloat, invert, paste paper 31, hit delete, delete the original.

Repeat on:
Layer 5 with paper 32.
Layer 3, 14 & 16 with paper 29 (Resize paper 400x400) Merge the paper wordart to the white borders of the wordart.
Layer 1 & 7 with paper 27.

Give all the dotted squares & circles a gaussian noise of 50. Monochrome checked.

Select the middle circle.
Select, select all, float, defloat, invert, paste your (closeup)tube, hit delete, keep selected.
Duplicate your tube layer, give the lowest layer a gaussian blur of 5. Hit delete, deselect.
Change the layermode of the blurred layer to Hardlight & of the normal tube to Screen and opacity to 50.
(I resized my full tube 75%)

Paste element 129 into your tag, in the lower right corner. Move this layer down to above layer 2.
Duplicate, mirror and flip.

Click the tube in the circle, paste element 128, resize 50%. Move to the edge of the circle. (in between It's a & DIVA)
Duplicate, mirrir and flip.

Copy paste element 6. I left it centered in my tag.

Copy past element 43, resize 65%. Move to the right of the wordart.

Copy past element 61, resize 75%, move layer below the cupcake on the left side.

Copy paste element 13, move the "knot" of the ribbon below the word DIVA.

Paste element 143, resize 65%, move into the right upper corner. Move this layer down to above layer 8.
Duplicate, mirror, flip.

Click layer 4 to activate that layer. Paste element 77. I left it there centered.

Click layer 10 to activate that layer. Paste element 96. No need to move it.

Copy paste element 62. Rotate it some to the right. Resize it 45% and move to the upper right corner of the middle circle in your tag.
Duplicate, mirror, resize 45%. Move to the left side of the tag.

Paste your tube below the wordart layers. I resized my tube 40%.

Give all elements a dropshadow of 1-1-40-5.

Add your name, your copyright and you're done!
