Supplies:

Template: Template 21 by me
Font: As Cute As...


Open your template.
SHIFT+D and close the original.
Delete the copyright layer and layer 10 (the hearts).
Change canvas to 700x700. You can crop later.

Move layer 17 to the top.

Merge layer 16 and 19. 

 Select this layer. Select all, float, defloat invert.
Paste paper12, move the paper so the bottom right corner gets selected, hit delete.
Paste your close up tube, hit delete. Keep the selection.
Duplicate your tube, add a gaussian blur of 5 to the bottom tube layer. Hit delete and deselect.
On the blurred tube layer, change the layer mode to Luminace(L)
Change the layer mode of the other tube layer to screen.

Select layer 17. Colorize: Hue 200 - Saturation 255.
Add a gaussian noise of 50. Monochrome checked.


Select an orange square (they're merged 2 by 2), select all, float, defloat, invert, paste paper 13, hit delete and delete the original layer.
Repeat on the other orange squares with the same paper.

Repeat on layer 1 and 8 with paper 10.
Rpeat on layer 13 with paper 14.
Repeat on layer 4, 5 and 15 with paper 17.

Give all the other original layers of the template(borders/circle lines) a gaussian noise of 50. 

Monochrome checked.

Select your BG layer.
Copy paste Element 104. Move it all the way to the left of your tag. Duplicate, mirror and flip.

Select your top layer. Paste element 99. Move it into the left upper corner. Duplicate, mirror and merge.
Duplicate again and flip. Merge and move it below the previous element.

Select your top layer. Copy paste element 8 to the bottom of your tag.

Open element 89, mirror and paste on top of the previous.

Copy past element 91 on top of the previous.

Copy paste element 77. Move to the right. Duplicate, mirror and flip.

Copy paste your tube (I resized mine 45%) on the right side of your tag, sitting in the grass.

Open element 96 and paste below your tube. Duplicate, mirror and move it a bit up.

Click on the circle tube, copy paste element 126.

Open element 9, resize 75% and copy paste into your tag on the left side.

Crop your tag, and give all elements a dropshadow of 1-1-40-5.

Add your name, don't forget your copyright and you're done!
